Founded on the principle that insurance is an ever evolving industry, DH Adjusting strives to provide clients with multi-line commercial claims services through the use of experienced professionals and modern technology. DH Adjusting understands the complexities of the insurance industry and the importance of providing prompt, professional insurance services at a reasonable cost. Every claim adjustment will be planned, organized, and handled with the highest levels of industry, technical, and regulatory standards.

We are dedicated to providing continuing education for all our employees, including General and Executive General Adjusters, in order to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

We understand the process of forming long-term partnerships with insurance carriers, agents, brokers, other risk management professionals, MGAs, and TPAs.


Our Commitment

Agree on the appropriate course of action to ensure the quickest practical resumption of business, thus reducing claims spend and the costs to the business itself.

Thoroughly investigate the cause of loss to allow the company to make an accurate and informed coverage decision.

Make early contact with the insured and seek agreement on mitigation measures needed to minimize loss.

Provide practical responses and advice for clients.

Establish and maintain clear communications with clients and insureds.
